Can I still register a past Wristband?

No. Wristband Registration must be done during the Wristband Registration Period, which begins when Wristbands start shipping leading up to the festival and remains open for a few days after the festival ends. HQ can not retroactively register your Wristband once the Wristband Registration Period ends.
