Will Call Name Change

Need to have someone else pick up your order at Will Call? Please note the following:

• The original purchaser needs to reach out to AXS to request to add an Alternate Name for Will Call, and provide both the name and email address of the additional person.

• A copy of the original purchaser's Photo ID and order ID will be required for Will Call pickup, as well as the pick up person's photo ID

• $25 per order Alternate Name Will Call Pickup fee to be paid by credit card at the box office by the person picking up the order

• Per-item replacement fees may also apply if the order has already shipped

• Only ONE additional name may be added per order

Please also note, alternate name pickup will not be available at the box office unless the name change has been submitted to AXS in advance.
