Can I camp in the Car Camping/Preferred Car Camping Lots without a vehicle?

No.

While multiple people can camp in the same spot together, each spot in the Car Camping/Preferred Car Camping lots (both GA and GL) will require a vehicle to be parked within it. You cannot purchase extra Car Camping passes and use them as extra empty spaces for your camp.
